Caretaking / Building Caretaker - Casual / Part time
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to maintain the common areas of a residential building.
Duties include :
General caretaking of common property
Cleaning of foyers, hallways, stairwells and shared areas
Bin room management and waste movement
Garden maintenance including weeding, pruning and general upkeep
Minor maintenance and reporting of issues
Liaising with building management as required
Requirements :
Previous caretaking experience preferred
Demonstrated garden maintenance experience :
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
ABN required
Own basic equipment preferred
Job Types : Fixed term, Subcontract Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $24.95 - $42.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Work Location: In person
