Norship, a northern Australian marine engineering company and part of the Varley Group, is seeking early-career Mechanical Engineers and Naval Architects to support vessel repair and maintenance in a hands-on shipyard workplace.

This role offers exposure to experienced engineers, practical problem-solving from day one, and prospects to develop engineering capability. Applicants from final-year undergraduates through to about 5–6 years' experience are encouraged to apply.
