Detailed cleaning required for:
Dishes from pastry production
Bathrooms and toilets
Chemical room and maintaining cleaning chemical supplies
Loading docks (front and back)
Common areas including the office, change room, front entrance, staff room, kitchenette and packaging room
Commercial Ovens
Trolleys and dollys
Laundry of aprons, tea towels & cloths
Crates
Coolroom and freezer floor
Stovetop, rangehood and splashback
Surfaces (All walls, benches, shelves, floors and doors)

Full time hours: 38 per week
