Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Help customers locate over-the-counter medicines, healthcare products and general retail items.
Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Restock shelves and ensure products are well presented and correctly priced.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Receive and unpack deliveries.
Support pharmacists with general non-dispensing duties as required.
Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.
Promote pharmacy services and retail products where appropriate.

Requirements :
Previous experience in retail, pharmacy or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Basic computer and cash handling skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays if required.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
