What you'll be doing

As a key member of our essential services team, you’ll:
Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally
Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle
Work safely on commercial & industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment
Complete daily safety checks and paperwork
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations
Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders

What you’ll bring
Current HR license with a valuable driving record
Previous experience with hook lift bin trucks an advantage but not necessary
All round truck driving skill set with multiple truck types an advantage
Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance
A positive attitude and pride in your work
Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
