The Prospect

Silk Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a Full time experienced Team Leader to join our Lytton operation.

Day shift: 9:00 am start

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Team Leader will be responsible for:
Organising daily tasks to complete the day for your direct team
Be able to work autonomously
Providing support and training for direct team members
Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to within the operation
Report any hazard and near misses or unsafe behaviours




Providing superior customer service for designated key contacts

Who are you?
Forklift Licence (Essential)
Certificate II or III in logistics / supply chain (Desirable)
Previous experience managing high performing teams
Robust communication skills with an ability to talk to different stakeholders
A proven safety first approach above all else

Salary : $67,571.92 - $70,000.00 per year
