Hotlob is a seafood-focused food brand known for quality products and great customer experiences. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Crew Member to join our team at Karrinyup Shopping Centre .

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn practical hospitality skills , build confidence in a busy environment, and gain real experience working as part of a team.

About the Role

As a Junior Crew Member, you will support day-to-day store operations while learning how a high-volume food business runs.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and assembling food products to Hotlob standards
Serving customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Operating the POS system and handling payments
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Assisting with opening and closing tasks
Restocking and monitoring inventory levels
Working closely with team members to keep service running smoothly
Maintaining personal presentation in line with brand standards

About You





We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and willing to learn.

You will ideally have :
Previous experience in takeaway, sushi systems, or hospitality (helpful but not essential — training provided)
Good communication skills
A strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
A positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Pride in cleanliness and presentation

Weekend availability is essential , as these are our busiest trading periods.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $13.28 - $18.59 per hour
