We’re looking for an experienced Tech Bar Support Officer to join an established national IT team, supporting over 3,000 users across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise technologies, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and become a key part of a highly visible IT support function.

What We’re Looking For
Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support experience
Robust Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills
Microsoft Intune experience, essential
JAMF and AV experience, highly regarded




Excellent customer service and communication skills
