Internal Sales / Customer Service - Commercial Lighting

Gamma Illumination is long-established Australian manufacturer of commercial LED lighting, with over 40 years of successful operation. We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service professional who can manage enquiries, orders, and coordination accurately and without close supervision .

The Role
Prepare exact quotes and process orders end-to-end
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and project teams
Provide accurate delivery timelines and follow through

Requirements (Essential)
Proven experience in internal sales or customer service :
Strong attention to detail — able to process orders accurately first time :
Confident and skilled communication skills
Highly organised,



able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Highly Regarded
Experience in lighting, electrical, or technical products
ERP or order processing system experience

The Offer
Full-time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Stable, long-term position
In office parking | Immediate start

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
