4 days per week, with no weekend work . About the role You will be an key part of our front-of-house team, helping patients feel welcome and ensuring the practice runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting patients at reception

Answering phone calls and managing patient enquiries

Booking and coordinating appointments

Preparing and managing patient payment plans

Processing payments and general administration

Supporting the orthodontist and clinical team

Maintaining a high standard of patient service





General office and administrative duties

About you We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, warm and genuinely enjoys interacting with patients

Professional, well-presented and reliable

Highly organised with good attention to detail

A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

A positive team player who is happy to be hands-on

Proactive and able to take initiative

Comfortable learning recent systems and procedures

Previous dental or orthodontic experience is essential. Experience in

medical administration, healthcare, hospitals or other patient-facing health professions

will also be highly regarded. You don't need to know everything from day one. If you have the right attitude, personality and work ethic,
