We’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and deliver the exceptional service we’re known for.

What You’ll Do :
Support customers across multiple channels with professionalism and care
Resolve queries and complaints promptly, using sound judgment
Document all customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with team members and internal partners
Follow data security practices and protect customer information
Enjoy adaptable work options, with mainly Monday-Friday hours and occasional weekend coverage

What You’ll Bring :
2+ years' relevant, proven experience in retail or contact centre roles
Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset- Confident problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Tech-savvy, comfortable working across multiple systems
Team‑oriented, adaptable, and professional
