Days/hours required: Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 9:30pm Must be versatile to support OT if required About the role: This role is customer support for stores our client delivers to and duties will include the following:

Check and process invoices, purchase orders, expense claims and other financial documents Maintaining filing systems for records, correspondence, reports and documents Answer phone calls, respond to emails and routed incoming mail Provide general office support such as photo copying,



faxing and scanning documents Process customer orders in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of all data and entered into system Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, sales figures and other data points Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner both over the phone or through email communication Update databases with current customer information or changes to existing accounts Prepare invoices for customers information or changes to existing accounts Prepare invoices for customers based on their purchase to existing accounts Ensure that all company policies are followed when dealing with customer vendors Requirements:

Excellent communication skills Logistics experience Multi tasker Team player High attention to detail Supply chain knowledge Experience on Microsoft Reliable and punctual A positive attitude and robust work ethic This role is to commence ASAP.
