As a Wholesale Sales / Business Development Representative at Decor Collective, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our high-quality products. This on the road, full time position will see you engaging with existing wholesale customers as well as prospecting for recent business opportunities across Victoria. What you'll be doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with current wholesale customers to drive repeat business and maximise sales Proactively identifying and pursuing new leads for wholesale partnerships Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all wholesale clients Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a wholesale or B2B sales role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting, customer relationship management and account development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
