As Analytics & Reporting Team Leader, you’ll lead and develop a team of three analysts while partnering across the business to deliver meaningful financial insights, strengthen reporting and help drive smarter commercial decision‑making.

Reporting to the Analytics & Reporting Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of the team’s day-to-day delivery, balance competing priorities and ensure reporting and analysis is accurate, insightful and fit for purpose. You’ll also have the chance to improve processes, embrace automation and approved AI tools, and contribute to analysis across legal practices, matters, pricing and profitability.
