Hasfarm Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Co-ordinator to support our Procurement team in delivering seamless supply across Australia. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on data, reporting, and coordination, working closely with suppliers, states, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Create, process, and track purchase orders to meet customer demand and maintain stock levels

Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams on orders, deliveries, and inventory run-outs

Maintain accurate product, supplier, and pricing data in SAP and other systems

Monitor supply performance, report on procurement metrics, and resolve discrepancies between invoices and receivals

Support the planning and execution of promotional events and peak seasonal periods (e.g., Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day)

Assist with sample management, including requests, testing, feedback, and supplier communication

Generate buying and cost analysis reports to identify supply or margin improvements





Support contingency planning for supply chain disruptions or product shortages

Process invoices, adjustment notes, and other procurement-related documentation

Collaborate with state and national teams to ensure allocation of stock aligns with demand forecasts

Maintain risk registers and escalates issues proactively to prevent delays or overspend

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FMCG/food industry preferred)

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Robust Excel and data analysis skills

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce preferred
