JMS Hospitality & Management – Berwick VIC JMS Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and customer focused Senior Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 1 of its Premium venues. The Hotel Manager will lead the venue and is responsible for ensuring all areas of the hotel operate efficiently, professionally, safely and profitably. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong presence throughout the venue which include a large bistro, multiple function/event spaces, large sports bar with TAB facilities, multiple outdoor spaces and a gaming area. A Hotel Manager will ensure a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue Lead the venue and ensure all areas operate efficiently, professionally, safely and profitably Maintain a solid presence throughout the venue with a hands-on approach Liaise with hotel & event management,



security and staff About you Have a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail A high standard of communication, conduct, presentation and integrity A robust work ethic An approachable, friendly personality To be successful in this role you will have: A current Gaming license, RSG and RSA Thorough understanding of gaming and wagering legal requirements Experience in managing, training and development of staff Event / Function Experience TAB operator accredited Permanent Residency in Australia Ability to be versatile with all shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
