Reporting directly to the Care Manager at McKillop House, Norwest, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.

About the Role
Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team Working in a protected manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures To be successful in this role you’ll need A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar,
