Wesfarmers Health is seeking a People & Capability Business Partner for a 12‑month max-term contract to support Beauty and Pharmacy Retail teams, primarily partnering with Corporate Store Leadership. You will report to the People & Capability Manager and drive people strategy, talent development and culture.

You will roll out current concepts like atomica and InstantScripts Pharmacy, build capability, manage employee lifecycle activities and contribute to strategic projects.
