An exciting opportunity has become available for a Family Paralegal to join a well-established law firm. making it a rare opportunity to step into a stable and respected team.

Working alongside an experienced Family Law team, you will provide high-level support across a broad range of complex family law matters, including high-net-worth property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements, maintenance issues, divorce and child support.

The Role You will play a key role supporting the wider Family Law team, with responsibilities including:

Preparing correspondence, Court documents and briefs to Counsel

Diary and calendar management

Preparing and filing Court documents

Trial preparation and brief management

Liaising with clients, Barristers and other external parties

Maintaining electronic files and document management

Billing and general practice administration

Providing high-level support across a busy Family Law practice





About You To be successful in this position, you will have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant

Robust experience supporting complex Family Law matters

Excellent organisational and time management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

A proactive, skilled and team-focused approach
