Trade Counter Rep. / Warehouse Assistant Workpac Group – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW

Our well-established Castle Hill-based client operates within the

technical wholesale supply sector, supporting trade and commercial customers through a combination of warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Staff are responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supporting customer enquiries, and ensuring products are available when required.

What you will be doing

Assist with stock control and inventory management

Support warehouse operations including picking and packing

Help customers find the right products and solutions (training provided)

Use internal systems to process orders and enquiries (training provided)

Deliver great counter service and support trade customers

Build strong relationships with local tradies and technicians

Operate a forklift (will consider training and support for right candidate)

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace

What you will need

Experience in warehousing is preferrable

A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one Confidence communicating with customers and teammates





A genuine passion for helping customers

Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)

Solid relationship-building skills

A practical mindset and willingness to learn recent technical skills

A robust commitment to safety and teamwork

Whats in it for you?

$37.50 per hour + penalties

Monday to Friday employment

Supre Paid on all base hours
