manual machinists, CNC machinists, and fitters and turners with machining experience . You don’t need experience across every machine listed—tell us where your strengths lie. Setting up and operating manual and/or CNC lathes and milling machines Producing precision components to engineering drawings and specifications Measuring and inspecting components to ensure accuracy and quality Selecting suitable tooling, speeds and feeds for machining tasks Programming or adjusting CNC machines where experienced Maintaining a protected, organised workshop and working closely with the team About You
Relevant trade qualification in machining, fitting and turning, or engineering Practical experience with manual lathes, mills and/or CNC machines Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances Confidence using precision measuring equipment Reliable work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical Forklift licence Highly Regarded
Fanuc or Fagor controller experience CAD/CAM experience, including Fusion Experience in an industrial or manufacturing workshop What’s On Offer
