Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Parkville, Melbourne is seeking a Training Lead for the UKG Pro Workforce Management rollout. You will design, develop, and deliver learning programs to enable staff across 5,000+ employees to transition to current rostering and workforce management processes.

Reporting to the Change Manager, you will lead training strategy, conduct needs analyses, create resources, and facilitate delivery across face-to-face and online formats. Hybrid work is available.
