Preparing detailed scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance claims Reviewing building reports and assessor documentation Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, trades and clients Managing projects from approval through to completion Coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed on time and to standard Monitoring budgets,



variations and compliance requirements Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and with robust customer communication throughout. What We’re Looking For
