We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Admin Support qualified to join our team on a fixed-term contract commencing in December 2026. This role is available to provide coverage for a valued team member while they are on maternity leave.

Key responsibilities
Managing purchase orders and confirming receipt of goods and services Processing Accounts Payable invoices and handling weekly payments Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving queries Maintaining the asset register and filing system Providing administrative support as required Assisting with sales order entry and invoicing Preparing transport paperwork as required Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers
