Manage a small portfolio of industrial and retail properties Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors Coordinate repairs,



maintenance and property requirements Conduct property inspections and ensure assets are well maintained Manage lease-related matters and tenant communication Assist with leasing activity and upcoming vacancies Work closely with the wider commercial team Identify opportunities for recent business and portfolio growth About You

1–2+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial property management preferred Experienced Residential Property Managers looking to transition into commercial are encouraged to apply Strong organisation and time management skills Confident communicator with clients, landlords and tenants Comfortable taking ownership of a portfolio Collaborative team player with a proactive approach What’s On Offer?
