Kanwal Wadalba Family Practice – Wadalba NSW We are seeking a casual receptionist for a rotating roster indluding Weekdays & Weekends. Shifts would include 8.30am
5.30pm, 10.00am
2.00pm or 12
close (as late as 9pm) as well as Sundays 10
close if required.
12 months experience in a similar role preferred
Effective in handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and managing messages
Experience in reception and administrative tasks, including scanning, digital filing, and managing electronic communications
As this practice is extremely busy, we require someone who works well under pressure
Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft advantageous but not essential
