W Sydney is seeking a charismatic Duty Manager for our Front Desk team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, you will lead guest services with passion, ensure seamless check-in/check-out, and uphold the W Wherever/Whenever culture.

You will supervise all hotel operations in the absence of senior leadership, maintain high service standards, and drive team performance across Welcome, Concierge, and Wheels while applying brand guidelines and Marriott systems.
