The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to lead and support our stores across VIC's Western region.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales and profitability, developing Store Managers and their teams, maintaining operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance across the region
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
Monitor sales, wages, profitability and key performance indicators
Conduct regular store visits and support performance improvement
Maintain high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock management and store presentation
Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development
Ensure compliance with company policies,



procedures and WHS requirements
Partner with Head Office teams to deliver business initiatives and priorities

About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management
Proven experience managing multiple retail locations
Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational performance
Robust commercial and financial understanding
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly
Experience in apparel, fashion or specialty retail will be highly regarded
