Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering would be required of this role.

This is with an employee-owned engineering consultancy delivering practical, high-quality solutions across civil, port, water and mining infrastructure. You'll actually own a piece of the business.

The Opportunity

Looking for a Senior or Principal Engineer to join the team in Karratha. Working closely with local leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving and accelerating our growth in the region while leading complex technical projects for tier-1 clients. Ideally this person will already have exposure to the Karratha / Pilbara mining markets.

Key Responsibilities




Partner with local leadership to drive business growth, expand client relationships and identify recent market prospects in the Karratha/Pilbara region.
Lead structural, civil or mechanical design, inspection and remedial projects with a solid focus on safety, efficiency and compliance
Oversee and produce high-level engineering deliverables, including design calculations in accordance with Australian Standards
Conduct site-based assessments and inspections to inform client maintenance strategies
