We're looking for an experienced, confident and passionate barista to join our team immediately through to the end of April 2027, with the chance to transition into a permanent part-time position. This isn't just about making great coffee. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a busy environment and understands that exceptional service is just as important as exceptional coffee.

Key responsibilities
Manage a busy coffee station efficiently without compromising quality Demonstrate excellent espresso extraction and milk texturing skills Deliver outstanding customer service and exceptional hospitality Maintain robust attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation Take initiative and work effectively as part of a team Adapt and think independently to meet business needs About you Proven experience as a barista with excellent espresso extraction and milk texturing skills Genuine passion for specialty coffee and continuous improvement Outstanding reliability,



punctuality and work ethic Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation Ability to adapt, think independently and work effectively as part of a team
