Close the sale and work towards personal and team

Handle

refunds, exchanges and customer queries





in line with our returns policy

Book customers in for

in-store events and activations
Store Operations Help with opening and closing and

store presentation

Support

daily operational tasks

Support our Customer Care team during

key trading periods

when needed

What You Bring Experience in retail or customer service

Confidence approaching customers and building rapport

Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods, including the lead-up to Christmas and major sale events

Who You Are Positive, self-motivated and a solid team player

Curious about design and technology, and passionate about fashion

Genuinely curious about product, customers and continuous improvement

Comfortable and energised in a rapid-paced, customer-facing workplace
