experienced Pick Packers
who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are confident working to
daily productivity, accuracy and pick-rate KPIs . This role is best suited to warehouse specialists who enjoy being measured on performance and consistently achieving targets. If you're motivated, reliable and take pride in both speed and accuracy, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders to KPI targets RF scanning and inventory transactions Maintaining high order accuracy levels Meeting daily pick-rate and productivity expectations Locating and replenishing stock throughout the warehouse Quality checking orders before dispatch General warehouse duties Manual handling and lifting cartons up to 15kg What we're Looking For:
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' pick packing and rf scanning experience Proven ability to consistently achieve warehouse KPIs Valuable attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 15kg Robust speed, accuracy and attention to detail Reliable transport and a current driver's licence Good attendance and reliability Full working rights in Australia (Overseas applicants need not apply)
