Based at our Monash clinic in Melbourne, this is a hands-on practice management role for someone who's equally comfortable jumping on a live chat, reading a revenue report, and making sure every patient walks out smiling. What you'll be doing: Managing the full patient experience
from first digital touchpoint through to checkout Monitoring and responding to live chat enquiries in real time, converting leads into booked appointments Owning clinic KPIs
tracking revenue, managing budgets, and reporting on performance Scheduling and optimising the appointment calendar to maximise clinic efficiency Coordinating the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and care Maintaining accurate patient records across our practice management software Identifying prospects to improve systems, workflows, and patient satisfaction Acting as the operational hub of the clinic
nothing runs without you What we're looking for: Experience in a practice management, operations, or clinic coordinator role




dental or healthcare preferred Digitally savvy
comfortable with live chat platforms, patient management software, and digital reporting tools Commercially minded with an understanding of revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and improve processes Excellent communicator
