Accounts Payable Officer | c.$50 p/hour | Melbourne | Temporary Position | Ideal for WHV or those looking for short-term prospects Four Quarters have exclusively partnered with a large, well-established business boasting an exceptional finance team who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Payable Officer to take on a fast-paced, temporary role on a full time basis.

This is a ‘hands-on’ role, suited to someone who has solid attention to detail and is confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts and payments.

Job Specification

Managing accounts payable and supplier accounts

Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and payment runs accurately and on time

Generate daily customer invoices

Reconciling supplier statements, resolving invoice discrepancies and responding to accounts payable queries





Maintaining accurate supplier records

Supporting week-end activities and reporting requirements

General accounts and administrative duties as required

Handle incoming phone enquiries and emails

Other ad-hoc tasks

Desired Skills / Experience

At least 1 years’ experience within Accounts Payable

SAP experience desired but not essential

Organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines

Experience dealing with high volumes of invoices whilst maintaining accuracy
