TOM People is recruiting a Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing for a leading FMCG manufacturer in Victoria. This role partners with site leadership to provide financial insights and drive EBIT growth across multiple production sites.

You will own monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements in a rapid-paced setting. Solid stakeholder engagement is essential.
