Receptionist, you are the host of that moment and the thread that runs through every stay. You will greet and settle guests, anticipate their needs before they voice them, and bring their stay together across dining, spa and experiences in the surrounding landscape. You will know who is celebrating, who prefers the quiet table, and who would appreciate a car waiting after dinner. Behind the warmth sits real precision: accurate billing, careful handovers, and seamless communication with reservations, restaurant, spa and housekeeping. The position reports to the Hotel Manager and suits a hospitality skilled who wants to do their best work somewhere small enough for it to be noticed. About You At least one to two years' front office experience in a luxury hotel, lodge or resort Natural warmth, polish and presence, with confidence in conversation with discerning guests Working knowledge of a property management system (Opera Cloud, Mews,



Infor or similar) Sharp attention to detail in billing, guest profiles and handovers Local knowledge and a curiosity about the region are a real advantage RSA (NSW) and a current First Aid certificate are advantageous Flexibility across a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
