Ideally, someone who is 3 or so years out of their apprenticeship and has experience working on high end architectural residential projects. There is chance to grow within the team into a leading hand role. Predominantly working within a team of motivated driven individuals, comprising of qualified carpenters and apprentices and at time required to work solo. Our works range between Metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
