Casual Food and Beverage Attendants – Ermington Hotel

Ermington Hotel is the heart of the local scene. Whether you’re popping in after work, catching up with mates on the weekend, or watching the big game live, you’ll find a relaxed atmosphere and cold drinks on tap. Our bar is a welcoming space for everyone: a proper local where first-timers quickly feel like regulars, and regulars feel right at home.

We are currently looking for hospitality team members who love food and beverage, deliver outstanding customer service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. Prior experience in food & beverage service is desirable, however not essential, though you do need to hold current NSW RA, RCG and ARCG.

What you’ll be doing
Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional manner
Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Keeping the bar area clean and well organised
Following all relevant licensing laws and regulations




Working closely with the wider hospitality team to create a great experience for every guest
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Handling cash accurately and responsibly
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we’re looking for
A current, valid NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
Strong customer service skills and a fun, outgoing personality
Versatile availability, as shifts vary from week to week
Cocktail-making ability and general alcohol knowledge
1–2 years’ experience in hospitality, pubs or clubs (highly regarded, but we’re happy to train the right person)
