Westpac’s Optimisation team in Sydney seeks a Senior Operations Improvement skilled to partner with Home Lending Operations, Mortgage Delivery and enterprise teams. You will identify problems, assess prospects and shape practical solutions to enhance customer outcomes and operational performance.

You will lead analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery of improvement workstreams, and support design and implementation of initiatives using Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
