Manage full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) in accordance with PMO frameworks and governance standards
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment to approved baselines
Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and government compliance requirements including adherence to governance gates and reporting obligations
Manage stakeholders across business and IT, including executive reporting and proactive engagement to ensure alignment and issue resolution
Drive governance, including stage gates, reporting, and assurance activities to support oversight and informed decision-making
Manage vendors and delivery partners including performance monitoring, contract oversight, and value delivery
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues with appropriate escalation and mitigation strategies
Ensure perks realisation and transition to business-as-usual including handover, adoption support, and outcome tracking
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Change Managers,



and Assurance functions to ensure integrated delivery outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO delivery practices, tools, and templates
