You’ll manage daily preparation and service, maintain food quality and presentation, oversee stock and ordering, and lead the kitchen team through busy periods. What we’re looking for:
Robust experience with breakfast and lunch menus
Experience leading a busy kitchen team
Positive organisation, food safety knowledge and attention to detail
Availability for early starts and weekends
must have experience as a headchef Sponsorship may be available for a suitable candidate after 4–6 months, subject to eligibility and performance.
