Fish Filleter

to join our team in our Camberwell, VIC 3124 location. As a full time Fish Filleter, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately filleting and preparing a variety of fresh seafood products to the highest standards. What you'll be doing Expertly fillet, de-bone and prepare a range of fresh seafood products to customer specifications Ensure all products meet Kingfisher Seafoods' high quality and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work setting Assist with other general fish processing and preparation duties as required Work collaboratively within our team What we're looking for Proven experience as a Fish Filleter or similar role in a seafood processing environment Excellent knife skills and the ability to fillet and prepare a wide variety of fish and seafood products Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
