Come from a technical background and have solid experience within the SDLC Experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead A background in insurance (general, life or health) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Working knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban A practical approach to keeping teams unblocked and delivering
