Join Our Team

Our café is under new management, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Barista All-Rounder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
Operating coffee machines and adjusting grinders.
Taking customer orders and processing payments.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
Assisting with food preparation and serving café-style meals.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the café.
Replenishing stock and assisting with opening and closing duties.
Working efficiently during busy service periods.

About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a café or similar environment.
Strong coffee-making skills, including milk texturing.




Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and well organised.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
