Sonnell Hospitality group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead teams across multiple pub venues in Western Sydney. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full time hires starting in October or November 2026 and a base salary of $80,500 to $85,000 plus Super.
A hands-on, guest-focused leader is preferred to drive memorable experiences. Roster flexibility, staff discounts, parental leave after 6 months and in office parking are part of the package.
