Station Halal Meat is looking for a skilled and reliable Experienced Butcher to join our team at our halal butcher shop in Lalor.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality halal meat, excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cut, trim and portion various types of meat.
Maintain high standards of meat quality, presentation and freshness.
Follow food safety and hygiene requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised and protected working environment.
Assist with stock management and daily shop operations.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service when required.

Requirements
Previous experience working as a butcher is essential.
Strong knowledge of meat preparation and cutting techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail setting.




Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
