The work is varied: one job might involve diagnosing a cool room fault, while the next could be servicing an ice machine or commissioning new kitchen equipment.The roleDiagnose faults and repair commercial refrigeration and catering equipmentAttend breakdowns and complete preventative maintenance and warranty workInstall, test and commission new equipmentIdentify and arrange parts needed for repairs and installationsManage service calls through a mobile job-management systemComplete clear reports on faults,



their causes and the work undertakenKeep customers informed and work closely with the service coordinatorWhat you'll bringCertificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or an equivalent qualificationCurrent National Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)Restricted Electrical Occupation LicenceCurrent NSW driver licenceAt least two years' experience in a similar commercial refrigeration or service roleStrong fault-finding skills and confidence managing jobs in the fieldGood communication skills and pride in doing the job properlyExperience with commercial catering equipment is highly regarded.
