You will be involved in the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio in an office located almost on the waterfront of Sydney Harbour.
You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants — ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and financial returns are optimised.Key responsibilitiesAssisting in managing a residential property portfolio with a focus on service excellence and retentionBuilding and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholdersCoordination of all aspects of property management including leasing, renewals, routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears controlEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policiesProactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periodsOverseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolutionConducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlordsManaging rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreementsResponding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communicationWorking collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomesAbout youProven experience in residential property management,
