Lion & Mouse is looking for Disability Support Workers to provide assistance, including overnight and sleepover assistance to valued clients.
In this role, you'll be making a real impact—helping people maintain independence, feel safe, and enjoy meaningful connections.Key responsibilitiesProvide high-quality support to individuals living with disabilitiesAssist with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistanceSupport clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household dutiesEnsure a secure and comfortable environment during night shiftsEngage in meaningful social interactions to enhance the well-being of clientsMonitor and respond to any overnight needs or emergenciesTransport participants as required, ensuring safe travelMaintain accurate progress notes and document client interactionsFollow individual support plans to ensure quality careWork collaboratively with other support staff, healthcare professionals, and familiesAbout youCert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support, or Individual SupportMinimum 6 months of recent experience in disability, community, hospital,
