About You:
Previous experience as a General Practice Medical Receptionist (essential)
Experience using medical practice software, preferably Best Practice (essential)
Friendly, qualified, and patient-focused
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced workplace

Your Role:
Welcome and assist patients
Manage appointments and schedules
Answer phones and patient enquiries




Process registrations and Medicare details
Maintain accurate patient records
Support smooth day-to-day practice operations
